Mood boards, hand sketches, and 2D or 3D renders lay out scale, colors, suggested platings, production methods, and packaging concepts. Fast iterations keep momentum high and revisions low.
3. Product Engineering
“Great art deserves bullet-proof specs.”
Approved art becomes manufacturing blueprints: metal/alloy choices, print processes, stitch counts, fabric weights, and packaging dielines. Prototype rounds—when needed—verify feel, fit, color accuracy, and all safety requirements before tooling starts.
4. Production & Quality Assurance
“Consistency builds reputation.”
Orders run through socially compliant factories with third-party certifications (e.g., BSCI, Sedex, SA8000). Our network handles everything from die-cast zinc and enamel to cut-and-sew textiles, umbrellas, totes, and apparel. Each lot is checked against FDA, California Prop 65, CPSIA/ASTM, Health Canada, and other applicable standards. Photo-stamped reports track color, construction, and packaging; nothing ships until it meets spec.
5. Launch & Reorder Support
“Delivery isn’t the end—sell-through is.”
We manage freight via trusted international forwarders, handle duty pre-payment, apply price stickers, and transmit ASN files so cartons flow straight to shelf. After delivery, we’ll follow up to confirm everything arrived exactly as expected. When you’re ready for more, just give us the word and we’ll book production and shipping so replenishment lands right when you need it—no sooner, no later.

Sustainability Spotlight
We design for longevity and lower impact:
- Materials: recycled stainless steel, FSC-certified paperboard, bamboo fibre, wheat-straw polymer, rPET fabrics, organic cotton.
- Factories: several partners maintain independent environmental-management certifications (e.g., ISO 14001) or equivalent local standards.
We’ll suggest eco-friendly products whenever possible. If eco-friendly products are a requirement for a specific project, please let us know.
